Well it's not on the news or anything, but a lot of illegal Southern/Central Americans are part of drug cartels and are undocumented, so they can fluxuate from Mexico to the U.S. and back again. If they wanted to get a visa, or citizenship, it's understandable, but a lot of them don't. What he said was racist and bigoted, but i'm assuming that's what he meant.
