You mean "What console is this for?", well it's for PC. It's powered by Kakutou, a fighter maker engine with an icon that shows someone doing a move similar to Ryu's Hadouken, Goku's Kamehameha or Ryo Sakazaki's Haoh Shou Ko Ken. Kakutou was developed by ASCII and Outback.
