Subway starts shutting down right around midnight here. Lots of homeless sleep in those internet cafes every night. Some of the massage parlors are just that, just massages. Paying for everything short of vaginal penetration is legal here, Clinton would've had a blast, so some places are more. Some will give you a little vinyl pouch to put your wallet in when you go to the shower. Some places will borrow your credit cards while you're in the shower. Which kind did you visit?
